The Moscow Arbitration Court has approved a bankruptcy application submitted by Sberbank of Russia concerning Lenur Islyamov, Coordinator of the Crimean Civil Blockade, and initiated the restructuring procedure, according to RIA Novosti.

- Islyamov’s debt arose under two contracts of guarantee for the company "Quinn Group," which was given two credits by the bank in July 2012 and in December 2013, Sberbank's spokesman said in the Court.

The applicant asked the Court to recognize the debtor a bankrupt, bypassing the restructuring stage.

Islyamov didn’t send his representative to the Court, but sent a telegram stating his intention to provide the Court with proof of the possibility for debt restructuring and asked to postpone the hearing.
