Morocco Foreign Minister Nasserr Bourita conduct negotiations in a number of Persian Gulf countries to discuss the crisis around Qatar. The first meeting was held with the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, AA reports.

King Mohammad VI supported solving the problem between the fraternal countries and entrusts Nasser Bourita with a mission to conduct peace talks with the parties of the conflict, according to the report of the Moroccan Foreign Ministry.

“The King is ready to make efforts to resolve the crisis through dialogue”, the representatives of Moroccan Foreign Ministry noted.

King of Morocco Mohammed VI  ordered to send food aid to Qatar as well.

Earlier QHA reported that Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen severed diplomatic relations with Qatar, closed the airspace and demanded Qatari diplomats to leave the territory of these countries within 48 hours. Later Maldives and the Tobruk government in Libya joined them.
