Ukrainian troops were officially permitted to shoot in response to the Russian terrorist fire, reported President Petro Poroshenko, opening a NSDC meeting.

The last few days in the ATO area were uneasy, as Russian terrorists increased shelling and started accumulating technology and people along the demarcation line.

- These attempts to breach the Minsk agreement mean that there are still high risks and threats to national security, sovereignty, territorial integrity and Ukraine’s independence, said the President.

- Ukrainian military have been ordered to open fire when attacked. We will not allow the enemy to catch us off our guard! said Poroshenko.
