BERLIN (QHA) -

The Head of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel calls the Presidents of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, France Emmanuel Macron and Russia Vladimir Putin to the summit in the "Normandy format," the German edition of Der Tagesspiegel reported.

The source specifies that the next meeting is planned for the further discussion of the settlement to the conflict in the Donbas.

"We will urgently seek opportunities for the four Heads of state and government - the three Presidents and myself - in order to establish contact," the German Chancellor said.

Earlier, on May 21 in Germany, on the eve of the G7 summit, where Ukrainian issue was on the agenda among the others, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a meeting with Angela Merkel.
