Yesterday, September, 27 after being questioning by the anti-extremism management employees in the city of Bakhchisarai a member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, Ali Khamzin was accused of violating Part 1 Section 20.28 Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation "The organization of activity of a public or religious association suspended from operating", the first deputy chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Nariman Dzhelyal reported on Facebook.

According to Ali Khamzin, he has been fined 1,000 rubles as a member of the public association suspended from operating, wrote Dzhelyal. A court hearing will be held in the nearest time.

As QHA reported earlier, the Centre to combat extremism in the city of Simferopol urgently calls for questioning the members of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, as well as some delegates with the Kurultai. Russian security officials in the annexed Crimea are interested in the circumstances of the decision to suspend the powers of the Mejlis members - Emirali Ablaev, Ruslan Yakubov and Eider Adzhimambetov.
