ISTANBUL (QHA) -

The attempt of the leadership of the State Duma of the Russian Federation to "drag" Pavel Shperov, a resident of Sevastopol, who had been illegally declared by the State Duma as a deputy on the results of illegally organized "elections" in the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimea and Sevastopol, failed during approving the mandates of new members in national delegations of BSEC General Assembly. It occurred at the insistence of the Ukrainian delegation to the PABSEC, the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov reports on Facebook:

“The convincing arguments of Ukrainian parliamentarians Lyudmila Denisova (People’s Front Faction) and Refat Chubarov (Petro Poroshenko Bloc Faction) were supported by almost all national delegations, except for Armenia”.

Refat Chubarov also noted that "the citizen Shperov had to leave the plenary session of the PABSEC General Assembly".
