The ‘Radical Party’ leader Oleg Lyashko dissolved the ‘Radical Party’ faction in Kryvyi Rih.
- I made the decision and dissolved the Radical Party in the city of Kryvyi Rih since it sold out to the Regionals. Kateryna Shapovalova was dismissed with shame from her post as the Party Head, Lyashko wrote on his Facebook page.
He also added he is demanding those five MPs who betrayed their voters to lay down their mandates immediately.
Reportedly, earlier the Fatherland Party’ disbanded its faction in the Kryvyi Rih City Council and expelled the MPs with the faction due to their participation in the meeting of the City Council on the establishment of the official results of the mayoral election.
Vote recount in Kryvyi Rih confirmed the results announced earlier. The local electoral commission announced Jury Vilkul the winner of the second round of mayoral elections. According to the tally, Vilkul won 49% of the vote, while his counterpart Yuri Milobog was very close to victory with a score of about 48%. The gap between the two candidates was only 752 votes.
