The Bellingcat expert group released a new report on the MH17 crash, which blames the Russian Defense Ministry, as well as filed commanders and leaders of the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR, for downing flight MH17.

Besides, the report reveals the names of the military commanders who might have given a direct order to transport to Ukraine and launch the Buk missile.

According to Fred Westerbeke, MH17 Chief Investigator, he does not know when the criminal investigation will end on the whole. However, he promised to do that ‘as quickly as possible’, reports Radio Freedom. Information necessary for the investigation was provided by the USA.

It was reported earlier that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot down and crashed near the village of Grabovo and the town of Torez in Ukraine’s eastern region of Donetsk on July 17, 2014, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board.
