The so-called "government of Sevastopol" has issued an order to seize land and real estate in the area of the Balaklava Bay for the needs of the city.
The area in question includes all the berths and attached land plots on the eastern shore of the Balaklava Bay, which at present are privately owned and used on lease basis.
“The project was prepared for the development of a priority project, namely, the development of the Balaklava Bay,” the so-called Director of the City Department of Property and Land Relations Rustem Zainullin said at the Government's meeting.
Apparently, the puppet authorities are aiming at destroying the tourist sector of the peninsula. The day before, November 29, so-called deputies of the "Crimean parliament" supported in two readings the draft law "On the introduction of resort fees."
The document proposes to set the resort fee rate from May 1 to September 30 in the amount of 10 rubles per day, from January 1 to April 30 and from October 1 to December 31 in the amount of 0 rubles.
Earlier the occupants reported with pride that in 2017, more than 1 thousand agricultural land plots were seized from the Crimea residents due to the construction of the Tavrida highway.
