The press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on the report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on human rights violations in the annexed Crimea, according to the Russian media.

"I do not have the information yet, I can not say anything about it," the Kremlin-controlled media wrote, citing Peskov.

Earlier, QHA reported that, today a report on the crimes of the Russian Federation in the Crimea was presented in the UN. In particular, it notes that the introduction of Russian legislation on the peninsula has led to numerous violations of international humanitarian law and human rights.

Also, the report contains 20 recommendations to the government of Russia calling to fulfill its obligations as the occupation authorities, in particular, to respect human rights.
