When asked to provide details on the swap, Russia’s Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he has no information on it.

 - So far I have nothing to say on this subject, said Peskov.

Just a reminder: according to the FSB, a former CEO of defense plant "Banner" Yuri Soloshenko was detained in August 2014 while attempting to illegally purchase secret components for anti-aircraft missile systems "S-300". The Moscow City Court sentenced him to six years' imprisonment in a strict regime colony.

Gennadiy Afanasyev was arrested in May 2014 in the so-called "Sentsov’s terrorist groups” case. Along with a Ukrainian Director Oleg Sentsov, Alexander Kolchenko and Alexey Chirniy he was found guilty of plotting terrorist attacks in Russia-occupied Crimea.
