The house of deputy Mikhail Dobkin, captured on video by the volunteers of Kharkiv ‘AutoMaidan’, covers an area of 1.68 hectares. It is registered under the ownership of his mother Alla N. Dobkina, a cofounder of ‘Triumph’ housing society, which received the building land from the Kharkiv City Council for free.

The activists claim that the deputy owns a wine cellar of 195 square meters apart from 2 houses with a total area of 1263 square meters. This year, the Kharkov Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit to recognize the transfer of land invalid.
