Ramzan Kadyrov, a Chechen leader, believes terrorism should be punishable by death because it will help restore order in Russia.

Kadyrov claims terrorists must be exterminated regardless of the fact that many of them are Muslims. According to him, they forfeited their right to be called Muslims after becoming terrorists.

“Now everybody will be saying that Kadyrov hates Muslims. But the thing is, they are no Muslims, and the Prophet himself says they are not Muslims. Being a faithful Muslim myself, I just repeat things our spiritual leaders say and quote the Quran,” said Kadyrov.

There is currently a moratorium on the use of the death penalty in Russia.
