Joe Biden’s visit to the Ukrainian Parliament, taking place amidst tightened security, caused journalists to apply for special accreditation.

While photographers are allowed some freedom of movement, journalists can only work outside the session hall, watching Joe Biden deliver his speech on monitors installed on the third floor. Access to the press box is restricted to accredited foreign media journalists, as well as Ukrainian camera crews and photographers.
