French President François Hollande has accused ISIS of perpetrating terror acts in Paris, reports the press service of the Elysee Palace.

“This is an act of war committed by ISIS terrorists and directed against France, as well as values of the entire world and all freedom-loving nations,” said Hollande.

The French President went on to say that he declared a 3-day mourning in France.

It was reported earlier that a series of terror attacks swept across Paris on the night of November 13-14. According to the French police, 150 people were killed and 200 wounded in 7 unconnected terror attacks that hit the city of Paris.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
