KOKTEBEL (QHA) -

The authorities of Feodosia in the occupied Crimea are considering a project for the construction of multi-storey houses in the Quiet Bay in Koktebel, the source informed, citing local collaborator Aleksandr Talipov.

Thus, according to his information, three nine-storey houses are planned to be built at the entrance to the bay.

“Koktebel has no sewerage system, three houses are being built, let them be 100 apartments each, 300 apartments to be drained in the sea? Talipov resented.

According to him, the firm "Griffon Advisors", which plans to oversee the construction, is in arrears in payment for land in the amount of 1.5 million rubles, which is the basis for the termination of the land lease agreement.

“The company has already brought construction equipment and started construction work, digging a foundation pit, although it does not have a declaration to start construction work.”

Earlier, activists reported that multi-storey houses that the occupiers built less than a year ago collapsed in the Crimea.
