- The hearing over the extension of the custodial term of Enver Mamutov, Remzi Memetov, Rustem Abiltarov and Zevri Abseitov (case Hizb ut Tahrir Bakhchisarai) is due to be held today 07.06.16 at the Kiev District Court of Simferopol at 4.00 p.m., a lawyer Emil Kurbedinov wrote on Facebook.

As QHA reported earlier, today the Kiev District Court of Simferopol was to consider the extension of the custodial term of four new defendants in the so-called "Hizb ut-Tahrir case." The first hearing was to be held at 1.00 p.m.

In the morning May, 12 the Security Forces executed the search warrants in the homes of Muslims in the city of Bakhchisarai and detained four people - Enver Mamutov, Remzi Memetov, Rustem Abiltarov and Zevri Abseitov.

A Kremlin-appointed "Crimean prosecutor" Natalia Poklonskaya said that on Thursday (May 12 - Ed.) the Security Forces detained in the city of Bakhchisarai four members of "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization, recognized a terrorist one in Russia.
