A group of 20 militants from occupied Lugansk, who arrived in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don on October 26, are due to leave for Syria soon.

The militants are currently having their paperwork done so they can travel to the Middle East, says the press service of the Chief Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. According to intelligence reports, militants in occupied Donbass, and especially those with skills in guerilla warfare, are being actively recruited by FSS officers. It is noted that the militants’ morale and discipline are low.
