Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine Evgeniy Yenin does not exclude that the former "Prosecutor" of Crimea, currently a State Duma MP Natalia Poklonskaya can be put on the international wanted list, according to "Ukrainian News" agency.
Responding to a reporter's question about the probability of such a declaration, Evgeniy Yenin said:
“Why not. I do not see any problem here.”
Deputy Attorney General went on saying that Natalia Poklonskaya is involved in criminal proceedings, which are conducted in Ukraine with respect to the representatives of "the Crimean Prosecutor's Office and authority."
Moreover, Evgeniy Yenin said that a considerable number of Russian officials are now under investigation in Ukraine.
“Of course, we have a significant number of such cases. You've probably noticed the large-scale investigation conducted by the Chief Military Procurator's Office. These are cases on Ilovaisk, the annexation of Crimea, the Russian aggression in Donbass, and so on. A significant number of politicians, Russian special services and military structures are under investigation. One of the last is the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.”
Natalia Poklonskaya is going to head a commission to monitor the State Duma MPs’ incomes. In the income declaration mandatory for State Duma candidates, Poklonskaya has put "0" in the box "house", "apartment", "summer cottage" and "cars", and only 141 rubles 51 kopecks (around 2.3 USD) in the bank account.
