The morning search of the Crimean Tatar activist’s house has been completed.

During the search, Kadyrov’s laptop and cell phone were seized. The search was conducted on the basis of the ruling by judge Rodionov Igor Ivanovich to carry out a search on suspicion of calling for non-recognition of Russia's borders and the support of the Crimean Tatar battalion "Asker".

“Allegedly, in a news report dated March 29, Suleiman said: "Crimea is Ukraine!" He is expected to be invited for questioning to the Center for Counteraction to Extremism located at Dekabristov Str, 19,” the head of the Central Election Commission of the Crimean Tatar Qurultai, Zair Smedlyaev, posted on Facebook.

It was reported earlier that FSB officers started searching the house of the Crimean Tatar activist this morning.

On September 29, 2016, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dismissed the appeal of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people against the "decision" by the so-called "Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea" of April 26, 2016 to recognize the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people an "extremist organization" and ban its activity in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Ukraine and the world community has not recognized and firmly condemned the retaliatory decision of the Russian court.
