The
European Parliament's observation mission lead by former Polish President
Alexander Kwasniewski and former European Parliament President Pat Cox will
visit Ukraine on July 29-31, informs Interfax-Ukraine.

Brussels
believes that the mission will offer a strategy for addressing the situation
with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, the source said.

As
reported, the European Parliament mission to Ukraine headed by Cox and
Kwasniewski started monitoring court proceedings involving Tymoshenko on June
11, 2012 under an agreement between Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and
European Parliament President Martin Schulz.

On April
18, the Conference of Presidents of the European Parliament heard the report of
the Cox-Kwasniewski mission and decided to extend the mission through September
2013.

As a result
the report of the results of mission’s work expected to be produced at the end
of September, when the mission's term expires.
