Europe will consider the liberalization of a visa regime for Georgia apart from Ukraine, Andres Mamykins, European Parliament spokesman on Georgia in an interview with "Rustavi 2".
- I want to congratulate the Georgian people. Visa-free regime for Georgia and Ukraine will be considered separately. Although I hope that sooner or later Ukraine will have a visa-free travel to the EU, as this is important both for the Ukrainians and the Europeans, as well as for Georgia and the Eastern Partnership. The decision to approach both countries differently was taken yesterday and will be published today or tomorrow, said Mamykins.
As it was reported, Ukraine and Georgia could receive visa-free regime at the same time.
