According to Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council, an agreement on withdrawal of weapons of a caliber under 100 mm has been signed by representatives of Ukraine and the DPR in Minsk.

“I think this essentially puts an end to the war. Once the weapons are withdrawn to an agreed upon distance, a buffer zone of 30 km will in fact be put in place. That means that each side is to withdraw its weapons to a 15-kilometer distance,” Denis Pushilin is quoted as saying by one of the pro-Russian websites.
