Terrorists of the so-called “Donetsk People's Republic” (DNR) during a video conference with the Tripartite Group (Ukraine, Russia and OSCE) promised not to obstruct the investigation of the crash of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing MH17, the OSCE told BBC.
The militants promised to allow rescuers to begin preparation works on the victims identification.
The OSCE stated that the terrorists should guarantee access to the crash site and the safety of the state commission and experts of the organization who investigate the causes of the crash.
"They [terrorists - ed.] should work with the relevant Ukrainian authorities on all practical issues arising in the course of the rescue works and investigation," the OSCE emphasized.
Malaysian Airlines plane, with almost 300 people on the board was shot down with in east Ukrainian region of Donetsk, stronghold for pro-Russian separatists.
