In order to enter Russia, residents of occupied Crimea have to go through passport control three times at the Kerch ferry although under the law the internal migration movements of citizens do not require a permanent passport control. Following Russia's forcible annexation of the peninsula, this procedure must have been canceled.
The so-called "Head" of Crimea Sergey Aksenov started to receive complaints from the bus passengers, and therefore entrusted to regulate the passport control procedure, according to the Crimean media.
As it was reported earlier, the funds for the construction of the bridge from Kuban to Crimea are no longer allocated, while an advance payment has already been spent.
However, later the builders said they embarked on the installation of the first superstructure on the Taman side.
