Representatives of Crimean Tatar diasporas are not attending the session of Kurultay, that is taking place in Bakhchisaray.
“There are no representatives of Crimean Tatar at the Kurultay session, because there is no opportunity to get to Crimea”- Refat Chubarov noted at the briefing March 29.
Delegates of Crimean Tatar National Council Kurultay gathered today in Bakhchisaray to discuss some of the most momentous choices Crimean Tatars have faced in recent time.
Refat Chubarov urged the delegates to vote for a draft resolution calling for the "launch of political and legal procedures for the national and territorial autonomy of the Crimean Tatar people on their historical territory Crimea.
