The Crimean authorities have recommended the heads of enterprises to send their employees on paid leaves until December 6 due to introduction of man-caused emergency at regional level in Crimea.

The corresponding decree was signed by Sergei Aksyonov, the so-called head of the Republic of Crimea.

“The heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions of all forms of ownership, not engaged in production of socially imported goods and provision of socially significant services, are hereby recommended to give their employees paid leaves until December 6, 2015 or pay for the idle time of at least two-thirds of the tariff rate according to the labor legislation of the Russian Federation,” reads the decree.

Just a reminder: The power supply to Crimea was cut off in the night November 21 to 22 due to blowing up the towers of power transmission lines linked to Crimea.
