Crimean deputies ask Putin to start accession of Crimea to Russia

Deputies of Crimean Parliament appealed to President of Russia Vladimir Putin to start the procedure of accession of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation.  This was said by deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliyev at the press conference in Simferopol March 6.

Temirgaliyev also clarified some points:

-Troops on the territory of Crimea are the official Russian army, but the soldiers of the Ukrainian units in Crimea are the invaders. 

-Power systems of Crimea will be connected to Russian Kuban, bridge between Crimean peninsula and Kuban is to be built quickly.

-Soon, Russian passports will be introduced on the territory of Crimea. 

-In the near future, Russian ruble will become the state currency in Crimea.
