Head of Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov met with the head of department on relations with Eastern European countries of the German Foreign Ministry Manfred Huterer. In the course of the meeting the parties discussed conducting of the International Forum on Restoration of Rights of Crimean Tatars, informs press service of Mejlis.
The meeting also discussed proposals on strengthening partnerships between Crimean and German entrepreneurs.
The sides expressed readiness to continue consultations and meetings to discuss the restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people.
As reported earlier, Refat Chubarov met with the Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on February 3. They discussed holding of an International Forum on restoration of rights of Crimean Tatars and implementation of humanitarian projects by international organizations and the Turkish Government, which include construction of housing and schools in Crimean Tatar settlements as well as the construction of the cultural center and the mosque in Simferopol (Crimea).
