“Russian economy is tumbling down the abyss,” wrote on his Facebook page Refat Chubarov, Mejlis Chairman.
"Russia’s 2016 budget will get repeatedly sequestered. To prevent social unrest, the remainder of the money in the stabilization and reserve funds (still significant) will be directed toward funding top priority social programs. Money for federal target programs, excluding military ones, will be in catastrophically short supply. And that, of course, includes programs meant to be implemented in occupied Crimea. Accordingly, the occupants will be doing their utmost looking for new propaganda tricks. Surely, their most active helpers will be those who burned bridges behind them… The unfortunate ones who betrayed themselves, their people and their homeland…"
