It has been getting increasingly difficult for Ukrainian MPs to do their work lately. They have even gone so far as to seek help from the Ukrainian society and journalist with doing their work, reports a QHA journalist from the parliament.

At the opening of the fourth session of the Ukrainian Parliament, Victor Chumak, an MP and member of the Petro Poroshenko Block faction, urged to keep an eye on MPs voting for their colleagues.

“Let us be lawmakers and not just the ones pushing the wrong buttons. I am calling on the journalists and members of the general public to keep an eye on the button pushers,” Chumak said during the opening ceremony.

Speaker of the Parliament Vladimir Groisman took kindly to the idea saying that the issue needed to be addressed.
