Being a multipage document and registration-related, draft law #2983 ‘On registering judicial and physical entities – entrepreneurs and civic formations’ caused some difficulties during voting. Under the draft law, the Justice Ministry is to dissolve the State Registration Department and hand over registration functions to local bodies of power by April 30, 2016. The MPs are, therefore, working on amendments before the draft law is put to a vote again.

Despite being urged to leave the building due to a bomb threat received, the lawmakers are in no hurry to leave and continuing to work on amendments to the draft law, a QHA journalist reports from the Parliament.
