Assad regime has violated ceasefire more than 200 times

Over the week of ceasefire in Syria, established on the first day of the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, the forces of President Bashar al-Assad have violated the ceasefire 254 times in 34 districts of the country, according to the AA agency.

The National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces provided this information in its official written statement issued at the end of ceasefire.

Hundreds of civilians killed due to numerous bombings by the Assad regime forces under the facilitation of Russia. The attacks were carried out with drum bombs dropped from helicopters, heavy artillery and fighter jets.

The American politician said that Moscow is not able to influence its ally, Assad, to provide humanitarian assistance to the Syrians properly and accused Russia of failing to comply with the ceasefire in Syria.

40 trucks with humanitarian aid for Syrian civilians in Aleppo were seized at the Turkish-Syrian border for a safety check of cargo and drivers. The Assad regime has not given permission for the humanitarian convoys to cross the border.
