Arsen Dzhepparov remanded in custody until Sept 8

Dzhepparov is charged with committing an offense under Part 2 Section 205.5 of the Russia’s Criminal Code.

The Kiev District Court of Simferopol extended Arsen Dzhepparov's detention term for three months until September,8 Head of the Kurultai CEC Zair Smedlyaev wrote on Facebook.

As QHA reported earlier, April, 18 the Security Forces executed a search warrant in the village of Krasnokamenka (Big Yalta) and detained Crimean Tatars Refat Aliev and Arsen Dzhepparov.

They are accused of alleged involvement in "Hizb ut-Tahrir" organization banned in the Russian Federation.
