Annexed Crimea's authorities expect Chinese tour operators

In late October and early November, the Crimean authorities expect representatives of 10 Chinese tour operators, reports Kryminform citing Alexey Chernyak, Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of Crimea on sanatorium-resort complex and tourism.

-At the end of October and beginning of November, 10 Chinese tour operators are to visit us for four days to familiarize themselves with Crimea and start working on tours for Chinese tourists to the territory of the Republic of Crimea. They are interested in Silk Road, therefore they’ll visit Sudak, Feodosia, Alushta, Yalta. We’ll also invite them to Sevastopol, he said.

Chernyak expects each of the 10 Chinese companies to be up to send close to 50 tourists this year.

Earlier on, Chernyak said that 500 Chinese tourists are to visit Crimea this autumn.
