120 people have been held liable for crimes against the wounded and killed during the Maidan, reported Ukraine’s Internal Minister Arsen Avakov Sept. 22.

According to the website of the Interior Ministry, Avakov noted that both direct perpetrators - "titushky" and crime organizers are among the prosecuted. But the detention procedure takes time.

- You say no one is spunished and serving the time for crimes against the Maidan. This is not true. The truth is that, probably, it is necessary to publish a sort of a list of all punished, arrested, detained and involved. According to the information I have, there are more than 120 people, said the Interior Minister.
