Near the Russian Embassy in Kyiv a performance dedicated to the missing in Crimea was held
During the action, activists showed how the occupation authorities imitate an investigation of cases of enforced disappearances in Crimea
On September 25, near the Russian Embassy in Kyiv within the framework of the Find & Free campaign, another action was held: "A ball of unsolved cases."
During the performance, activists placed on the fence of the Russian Embassy the folders symbolizing 15 criminal cases, from which the threads stretch right to the Russian leadership.
At the same time, according to the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chiygoz who took part in the action, a much larger number of activists are missing in Crimea.
“Number 15, this are fifteen currently missing people who are not found yet. From each of this case, the threads stretch right to the de-facto authorities of Crimea and to the authorities in the Kremlin,” said the coordinator of the CrimeaSOS T.Tasheva
Folders with names of Reshat Ametov and Edem Asanov are marked with black stickers, because these people were firstly stolen, and then found dead with bearing signs of torture.
Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chiygoz and Member of the Mejlis Riza Shevkiev took part in the action.
This was already the 27th action in the framework of the Find & Free campaign.
According to the organizers, pickets near the Russian Embassy will continue until all those persecuted by the Kremlin are found and released
