Crimean open air united the hearts of Ukrainians in Kyiv
To celebrate the Independence Day of Ukraine the first open air "Crimean House unites hearts" took place in the Pochtovaya Square of the capital
“This is a special evening, because it is Crimean. Our first open air is officially open!” The Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Ahtem Seitablayev said from the stage.
Guests of the festival had an opportunity to get acquainted with the national cuisine of Crimea. Food courts with a variety of Crimean Tatar dishes were prepared for true connoisseurs.
"The Crimean House unites hearts" this is 6 hours of non-stop dancing, music, singing, master classes, kitchen, photo zone and good mood," said Alim Aliyev, the Program Director of the Crimean House.
Anyone could learn the unique technique of "Tatar Ishleme" - sewing with two-sided satin stitch.
Crimean Tatar headwear fezka is traditionally decorated with embroidery of folk ornament.
The wife of the famous Crimean Tatar ceramist Rustem Skibin - Liana Velula held a master class on painting the ornaments on the glass for children and adults.
“Today we show people our creativity. Crimean Tatar motifs are present in every work I do, "Rustem Skibin said.
“Our cultural center is happy to congratulate everyone on Independence Day! This evening is very important for us!” said the leader of the center "Kyrym Ailesi" Anife Kurtseitova.

The melodic accordion sounded all over the Postal Square of Kyiv.
