In the course of a special operation "Poppy" employees of the Yalta "police" seized illegal cannabis from a 27-year-old resident of the town of Gurzuf, reported "Crimean News" citing the Internal Affairs Ministry of the Russian Federation in the city of Yalta.

The police officers disclosed in the attic of the man’s house 9 bushes of hemp and confiscated them, reported the press service of the department.

In addition, the police seized 45 grams of marijuana, which the "gardener" "kept solely for personal use."

The man may face up to three years in prison.

As QHA reported earlier, as part of a special operation "Poppy" the police also busted a pensioner from the city of Krasnoperekopsk who was cultivating poppy.
