32,710 people have suffered due to a military conflict in Eastern Ukraine, reported the Chairman of the Human Rights Monitoring Mission, Fiona Fraser as cited by a QHA correspondent.
32,000 71 people have suffered since the beginning of the military conflict in April 2014 and up to September 15, 2016. This figure includes civilians, military and members of the armed groups. Among them 9 640 people have been killed and 22 441 injured, said Fraser.
She went on to say the situation in Donbas region has improved since Sept, but still remains tense. 10 people have been injured since September, 1 till now.
