The evening of December 26 in the area of the entry and exit control checkpoint "Zolote" Luhansk region, two Ukrainian soldiers went missing, according to the press center of the ATO headquarters.

“Approximately at 16:00 December 26, 2016 in the area of the entry and exit checkpoint "Zolote" two soldiers of a military unit went on a mission in Luhansk. Returning by car from the hospital, they strayed from the route and stopped at the territory controlled by the militants,” reads the statement.

The missing military have not made any contact since. Reportedly, the soldiers were captured and transported to Luhansk.

Earlier, a 60-year-old Crimean Tatar, a soldier of the battalion "Aydar" Ruslan Muzhdabaev died at the forefront.
