Ukraine's Security Service seized ‘LPR ’official

A criminal has been taken into custody and the pressing investigative activities are underway.

The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has detained an official of the so-called "LPR", reported the SBU press-service.

According to the agency, January 5 at customs checkpoint "Goptovka" in Kharkiv region the SBU jointly with the border guards seized an official of the so-called "LPR" - "the first Deputy Head of Perevalsk administration."

Reportedly, first he was subordinate to Kozitsyn, a chieftain of the Cossack bandit group, and then – to the “LPR” Head Igor Plotnitskiy.

In addition, the "official" received pension from Ukraine on the basis of fabricated documents to IDP.

The detainee was informed he has been arrested over suspicion of involvement in the activities of the “DPR” terrorist organization.
