Two Crimean Tatars, residents of Crimean city of Belogorsk, Sept 27, were seized, pushed into a car and taken away in unknown direction by unknown men in military form.
Sept 28 people gathered at the house of one of the rapt men.
“That’s the limit, when we are pushed on the floor in own homes, when our schools and mosques are searched. We decided to speak about it, to create a reaction, to impact on Crimean authorities to stop this”- said Abdureshit Dzhepparov, father of one of those who were seized, adding that he appealed to police and Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) to investigate the incident.
Dzhepparov also said “It would be right if Aksyonov (Crimean prime minister- ed.) came and explained the activity of Crimean authorities towards Crimean Tatars and said how we will live”.
The fate of those rapt is unclear.
To recall, in March, Crimean Tatar activist Reshat Ametov, father of three, was seized by unknown men; laterhe was found dead. The incident is not investigated yet.
