Two bombs defused in Sevastopol

11 officers of the Emergency Situations Ministry and the three pieces of equipment have been used for disposal works.

Three WWII bombs, each weighing 50 kg, have been defused in Sevastopol, reports the Emergencies Ministry press service.

One of the bombs was found by locals near a 19-km bypass highway in Balaklava district. The specialists who arrived on spot found two more bombs.

After the engineers had equipped the charging case and held electro explosive network installation, a controlled blast was made. According to the Ministry, since the beginning of the year 1176 explosive items, including 52, air bombs have been defused in Sevastopol.
