Turkey seized Ukrainian trafficking organs of Syrian refugees

Israel citizen, native of Ukraine, has been detained in Turkish Atatürk Airport on suspicion of trafficking organs of Syrian refugees.

Israeli of Ukrainian origin, Boris Walker (real surname Wolfman), was detained on arrival from Bangkok, reported Deutsche Welle citing local media.

According to Turkish intelligence agencies, the offender agreed to purchase organs from Syrian refugees. The illegal operations were to be conducted in Turkish hospitals.

Wolfman was wanted by Interpol for organ trafficking and illegal transplantation in Sri Lanka, Kosovo and Azerbaijan. The man earned EUR 70-100 for selling each organ.

Reportedly, Boris Wolfman will be sent to Israel after a 40-day detention.
