The OSCE SMM patrol going to observe the situation at the landfill was stopped by armed members of the terrorist group "LPR" (Lugansk People’s Republic) near the village of Shimshinovka, located 28 km north-west of Lugansk, the OSCE reports

The terrorists forced the observers to go back, referring to military exercises.

The report said that all roads to the landfill were blocked by armed men in camouflage uniforms, guarding the area.

The OSCE reported that the patrol, after being forced to retreat to a certain distance, continued to monitor the situation for 35 minutes. However, they did not hear and see any explosions or shots.

According to the report, the schools near the town of Toretsk do not operate because of the shelling. Moreover, the curriculum was changed in the so-called "DPR" (Donetsk People’s Republic): schoolchildren study Donbas history instead of the history of Ukraine.
