Searches of Crimean Tatars continue in Crimea

Law enforcement officers who came to the house of the Crimean Tatar, did not produce the documents.

Law enforcement officers conducted a search in the house of the Crimean Tatar in Aysereze in the annexed Crimea.

“The law enforcement officers explained their arrival with the alleged searching for a stolen motorcycle. Law enforcement officials have not provided any documents, first they searched the garage, and then inspected the entire house,” the report says.

October 12, a new wave of raids began in Crimea. In particular, in the arrays of Stroganovka and Kamenka, Simferopol district. FSB searched the homes of the Crimean Tatars. Following the  searches, all were taken to the FSB department in the Crimea. Four Crimean Tatars are charged with participation in the activities of the organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir", recognized terrorist in Russia. Timur Abdullayev is charged with the first part of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - organization of  the terrorist unit activity.
