Yalta City Court has fined Nicholay Zyabkin, 34, for fraudulent activities relating to the drawing-up of Russian passports for a foreign citizen.
In mid-June, a swindler proposed a Ukrainian citizen, registered in the Donetsk region, to help to draw up a Russian Federation citizen passport for a certain monetary compensation – USD 2,5 thousand ( RUB 135 thousand at the Central Bank exchange on 25.06. 2015). But, as it turned out, Zyabkin was not going to keep his promises, according to the FSB (Federal Security Service).
The FSB seized the swindler red-handed in one of the shopping malls in Yalta.
According to the FSB press service of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the city of Sevastopol, the detainee has been found guilty of an offense under Part 3 Section 30 Part 2 Section Art. 159 of the Criminal Code and fined of RUB 220 thousand.
