Russian checkpoint on Crimean border stopped operating

More than 60 cars are standing in line between the Ukrainian checkpoint and a checkpoint established by Russian occupants.

The vehicles cannot cross the checkpoint established by Russian occupants on the administrative border with Crimea opposite the Ukrainian checkpoint "Chongar."

According to the citizens, who try to cross the administrative border with Crimea, the morning of June 11 the Russian checkpoint in the occupied territories stopped allowing the vehicles moving from mainland Ukraine to Crimea.

The surveillance cameras installed at the Ukrainian checkpoints on the Crimean administrative border show that so far more than 60 cars have piled up between the Ukrainian checkpoint and the one established by Russian occupants.

According to the preliminary information, a customs database has run out of order.
