Russia’s VKS again bombed Aleppo: More than 50 injured

Russian aviation has conducted air strikes on the territory controlled by the Syrian opposition in Aleppo province.

Russian Aerospace Forced (VKS) conducted an air strike on the Syrian opposition-controlled area Sukkeri (province of Aleppo).

According to the latest preliminary data from the scene, 28 people were killed; another 57 suffered wounds of various severity. Most of the victims are women and children, as the attack was directed at residential quarters of Sukkeri, AA reported citing its sources.

The brigades of rescue services continue to rescue the injured from the rubble.

A little earlier, on September 6, the RF forces - the ally of the Assad regime - with the help of a helicopter - dropped chlorine gas-filled barrel bomb, leaving more than 100 people injured.
